Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually processed within three to five working days and shipped from Germany. Shipping time varies depending on where you are located. The estimated delivery is 5-7 days within Europe and 11-29 days internationally. The shipping rate is calculated by weight & package size and ranges from 6-50 euros.
You are responsible for additional shipping rates, customs charges, and/or taxes.
Local pick-up is possible. Please get in touch directly for pick-up inquiries.
All orders will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email, please check your filters or contact me for confirmation. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped, accompanied by a tracking number.
If you need assistance with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible.
I cannot change your order once it has shipped. Thank you for understanding.
Please ensure that you have entered the correct address. I do not take responsibility for non-delivery due to errors in your address. I will contact you if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.
Refunds & exchanges
All physical items offered through Janna Myska are made by hand and vary in nuance.
Due to the pieces' handmade nature, you must have received a wrong or damaged item to be eligible for a return.
Returns and exchanges must be processed within fourteen days. Any returns after fourteen days will not be accepted.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the item is received in its original, unused condition, shipping fees excluded. I do not cover the cost of returning an item and am not responsible for any loss or damage in transition.
All workshops and one-to-one sessions (digital and in-person) are non-refundable or exchangeable.
